Welcome to Global Hire Dynamics! We’re excited to have you join our team. This portal is designed to streamline your onboarding process, ensuring that you submit all required information, review essential workplace policies, and complete mandatory training before starting your assignment.

Your guide to getting onboarded

  • As part of our commitment to health and safety, Worker Health and Safety Awareness Training is mandatory. Please complete this training as STEP 1 of your application process.

  • Once you have completed the mandatory training you can proceed to fill out the onboarding application which will take about 5-10 minutes. Ensure you have all the required documents listed below before you begin.

  • Review all ESA, OHSA, and WSIB posters.

STEP 1

Worker Health and Safety Awareness in 4 Steps

As part of our commitment to health and safety, please follow the link below to complete your Worker Health and Safety Awareness Training.

This mandatory training takes approximately 10-15 minutes to complete and will issue a Certificate of Completion once you finish.

At the end of the training, please enter your full legal name.

You must SAVE a copy of your certificate to upload within your onboarding application in STEP 2.

STEP 2

Onboarding Application

Once you have completed your Worker Health and Safety Awareness Training and obtained your certificate you can proceed to our Onboarding Application. This application will take about 5-10 minutes.

Important Documents that are required for your application:

  • PDF/JPEG Format

  • Any Government Issued ID in JPEG/PNG Format

  • Description text goes here
  • VOID cheque of Direct Deposit Form in JPEG/PDF Format

Final Complaince Check

Review the following OHSA, ESA, and WSIB posters and save them for your own records.
